Private analysis stays inside your organisation.
This notice describes how DealMap handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) at a high level. It is not legal advice.

What we collect
Browsing the public map requires no account. Signed-in use may include your email address, display name, organisation membership, saved acquisition targets, private notes, uploaded documents, partner-enquiry details you submit, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
Public versus organisation-private
The public map shows indicative pharmacy discovery records and linked public-source context. Anonymous browsing does not expose organisation notes, documents, commercial assumptions or private acquisition pipeline status. Account data, organisation membership, uploads, notes, private scenarios and acquisition workflow records are scoped to the signed-in organisation that created them.
Uploads
Uploaded documents and commercial notes are for due-diligence support only. Do not store material here unless you are comfortable holding it within your DealMap workspace and the connected storage provider. You can delete organisation-private files from the signed-in workspace, subject to backup and audit retention.
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies or local storage are used to keep you signed in and to remember map preferences. DealMap may also record limited operational analytics (for example page errors or availability) to keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information.
Overseas processors
DealMap is delivered using infrastructure providers that may process data outside Australia. At a high level this includes Cloudflare (content delivery, hosting and related edge services) and Supabase (database, authentication and file storage). Those providers act on our instructions to operate the product.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hugh@burkeroadpharmacy.com.au. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Operational logs
Build metadata, source freshness and security status may be logged to support reliability, auditing and incident response. Those logs are not a substitute for your own compliance obligations.
